Managing Director Achim Senft is a member of the Examination Board holding the final exams for building mechanics!

This means that we not only live up to our socio-political responsibility. Moreover, in order to safeguard the future of our own company, we are dependent on well-trained, qualified and skilled workers. Therefore our apprentices may expect to obtain a secure and interesting job within our company after having completed their training. 

Owing to our involvement in vocational training, we can ensure and enhance the high quality of our work that has already been achieved. Because: the skills and capabilities required of our staff members will become even more complex in the future - not least owing to the constantly increasing use of machines.

This is why it is all the more important to teach the junior staff how to use machines in a professional and efficient manner already during their vocational training.
