We undertake all work required to strip out building internals until the shell state is achieved.  The stripping out is carried out with the aid of small and large appliances. These works include the removal of all non-mineral material leaving only the "foundation walls". All of this requires a lot of manual work in order to avoid a mixing of the materials as well as damages to the remaining structure.

The aim is to prepare the building for restoration and alteration respectively. while retaining only the basic structure of the building.

Ceiling panels and wall claddings, floor coatings and coverings,  lightweight partition walls, ceiling girders, windows, doors made of wood,  plastics, plasterboard, metal, composites,  are removed from the building. This also includes all the building services.

The materials are separated , recycled or professionally disposed of.
